Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase from CaviarDrip, operated by Apogee Web in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions go to seb [at] apogeeweb [dot] io.

What you are buying

A Founding Seed Packet is a physical product: real seeds, packaged and mailed to you, sold for $25 CAD. Optional top-ups add a larger contribution to the same order. Your purchase also gets you recognition in the CaviarDrip OG Founders Club on our site.

Not an investment

Despite the "seed round" wording, this is not a securities offering. You are not buying equity, shares, debt, revenue share, or any financial interest in CaviarDrip, and no return of any kind is promised. The word "investor" here is a joke about literal seeds. You receive a physical product and public credit, nothing more.

Pricing and currency

All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars ($CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Your name in the Founders Club

You choose the name that appears in the OG Founders Club. Do not submit names that are hateful, harassing, obscene, impersonate someone else, or infringe a trademark. We may decline or remove any entry that breaks this, and we can remove your name on request by email.

Email updates

We only send campaign and launch emails if you check the subscribe box yourself. It is never pre-checked, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Editorial content

Recommendations published on CaviarDrip are opinions of their authors. Cover art, trailers, and titles referenced belong to their respective rights holders and are used for identification and commentary.

Liability

The site and the packets are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here removes rights you have under Quebec consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada, with courts in Montreal having jurisdiction.
