Refund & Shipping

This policy covers physical Founding Seed Packets sold by Apogee Web, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. All amounts are in Canadian dollars ($CAD).

Fulfillment timeline

Packets are produced in one batch after the campaign closes. Expect your packet to ship within 4 to 6 weeks of the campaign closing date. If production slips, we email every backer with a revised date.

Where we ship

We ship to Canada and the United States by standard letter mail, and internationally on request. Shipping is included in the $25 CAD price. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your postal service, typically 1 to 3 weeks.

All sales final

Because each packet is produced to order for a fixed run, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or cancellations once your order is placed.

When you do get a refund

If we fail to ship your packet, you get a full refund of everything you paid, no questions asked. That includes the campaign not going ahead or us being unable to fulfill your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Lost or damaged packets

If your packet arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the shipping notice and we will send a replacement at no cost.
